Verified Talent. Sourced Confidentially.
We hold direct, exclusive contracts — not a resume database. Tell us what you need and a named partnerships specialist scopes it with you directly, then shortlists only candidates who are already document-verified.
Confidential by default on request — nothing about your headcount or hiring timeline has to appear on a public page.
Built for the employer who's been burned by agencies before.
Verified, Not Scraped
Every candidate is document-verified against the Candidate Intake Checklist before we ever propose a match.
Confidential Where You Need It
Headcount, project names, and hiring timelines stay off any public page — matched candidates only.
Exclusive Contracts, Not a Database
We don't sell access to a resume pool. Every candidate submitted to you comes through a contract EMIGRATLY holds directly with you.
One Point of Contact
A named partnerships specialist scopes the role, manages the shortlist, and stays on the file through onboarding — not a rotating support queue.
From first call to first day.
No resume blast, no rotating account reps. One brief, one specialist, four stages you can actually track.
Scope the Role
Headcount, sector, destination, salary band, accommodation and transport terms, contract length — the exact brief candidates are matched against, not a generic job title.
Candidate Shortlist
The AI matching engine scores every registered candidate against your brief; your specialist reviews it personally before anyone is submitted, typically within 1–2 weeks.
Interviews & Offer
We coordinate scheduling across time zones and prep each candidate on what you're looking for, then walk them through the contract in plain language before they sign.
Visa, Travel & Onboarding
Visa filing, medical tests, biometrics, and travel are tracked on our side, with check-ins at 48 hours, then 30, 60, and 90 days — catching issues while they're still fixable.
Seven sectors, verified specialists in each.
Eight source countries, one intake standard.
Both sides of the placement are checked.
The employer
An employer record is created by our team, and it is only marked verified by an administrator. Until it is verified, none of its roles can appear on a public page, whatever visibility was requested. Employer logins are also created by an administrator; there is no self-signup.
The candidate
Before any match is proposed, a candidate must have passed the Candidate Intake Checklist: passport (first and last pages), photo, CV, education certificates, health declaration and consent. A TAPS specialist reviews each document.
The role
Every job an employer submits is reviewed by our team before it is active. See the review process below.
You choose what is public. Confidential is the default we protect.
- Confidential roles: never appear on any public page: not the destination page, not the sector page, and not the sitemap. Only a candidate who is matched to the role sees it, inside their own dashboard.
- Public roles: only appear when your employer record is verified and the role has been approved and made public by an administrator.
- What you see about candidates: your employer portal shows sector, experience, languages, certifications, a work-history summary and nationality. It does not show email, phone, passport details, address, documents or past employers. Names appear as first name and last initial until the offer stage.
- Your data stays yours: you only ever see your own roles and the candidates shortlisted to them; another employer's data is not reachable from your account.
| Information | You (candidate) | Your TAPS specialist | Employer | Public visitor |

Payments are verified, rejected and refunded by our administrators only. Specialists can see a payment but cannot change it.
Nothing goes live until our team has read it.

- 01 Employer drafts a role Not active, not matched to anyone.
- 02 An administrator reviews it Approved, or sent back with a note.
- 03 Approved: active for matching Matched candidates see it in their dashboard.
- You draft a role in your employer portal, starting from a sector and a role template or from a blank form, and preview it.
- You submit it. It moves to "Awaiting review" and is not active and not matched to anyone.
- An administrator reviews it. They either approve it or send it back with a note saying what to change. You are emailed either way.
- Approval makes the role active for matching. It never makes a role public by itself; public listing is a separate decision.
- If you edit an approved role, it returns to review and matching pauses until it is approved again.
On each role you can mark a shortlisted candidate "Interested" or "Not a fit", ask for an interview, and message our team. These are signals to your specialist, not decisions: they never move a candidate to another stage, and a specialist confirms every interview.
What employers usually ask.
Is there a cost to us, or does the candidate pay?
Candidates pay an initiation and advisory fee that funds their dedicated TAPS specialist and matching. Commercial terms for employer contracts — placement fee structure, exclusivity terms — are scoped directly with your partnerships specialist and vary by volume and sector.
How fast can you actually fill a role?
Most shortlists are ready within 1–2 weeks of scoping, assuming the role is realistic against current candidate supply in that sector and destination. Your partnerships specialist will tell you upfront if a brief is likely to take longer — not after you've waited.
How are candidates actually verified?
Every candidate completes the Candidate Intake Checklist before being eligible for any match: passport, photo, CV, education certificates, health declaration, and consent, at minimum, plus trade certifications and experience letters where relevant. A TAPS specialist reviews and verifies each document personally — nothing is self-certified.
Can this stay completely confidential?
Yes. Tell your partnerships specialist the contract should be confidential and it is never posted on any public page — not the destination page, not the sector page. Only candidates who are actually matched to it ever see it, inside their own gated dashboard.
What happens if a placement doesn't work out?
Raise it with your partnerships specialist directly. Because EMIGRATLY's TAPS specialist stays on the file through the 90-day post-arrival check-ins, role-fit issues are usually caught and addressed well before they become a placement failure.
Who approves a role before it goes live?
An administrator on our team. You will get an email whether it is approved or sent back with a note, and an approved role is still not public unless that is separately agreed.
What can I see about a candidate?
A limited profile: sector, experience, languages, certifications, work-history summary and nationality, with first name and last initial until the offer stage. Contact details, passport data and documents are never shown in the employer portal.
Can other employers see my roles or candidates?
No. Your account only reaches your own roles and their shortlists.
Do I get a login straight away?
No. Logins are created by our team, and they only work for a verified employer, so submit the form below first.
