Find your route
Pick where you are from and where you want to work, and see the checks, documents and authorities for that route.
Find your route →Most sites tell you to "apply now." We'd rather tell you what actually happens after you do — vagueness is how the agents who came before us got away with taking a fee and going quiet.
Create your profile and work through the Candidate Intake Checklist: contact and emergency details, passport and ID, a recent photograph, your CV, education certificates, experience letters, and any trade certifications. Pay the one-time initiation and advisory fee. You'll get a confirmation, your file number, and a completion checklist immediately.
A named Talent Acquisition & Placement Specialist (TAPS) is assigned to your file — not a department, a person, with a direct line of contact. TAPS specialists are dedicated platform caseworkers who coordinate directly with licensed in-country partners and employers. They review your documents personally and reach out to confirm details and understand what you're actually looking for.
Your specialist runs your profile against our AI matching engine, which scores fit across exclusive contracts held through our network of licensed recruitment partners and employers, by role, location, experience, and salary band — then reviews the shortlist personally before anything is submitted to an employer.
Shortlisted employers review your file and, where required, an interview is scheduled. Your specialist preps you beforehand: what the employer is really looking for, likely questions, and what to ask them.
If an employer extends an offer, your specialist walks through the contract with you line by line, in plain language, before you sign anything. Once you accept, visa filing begins immediately — medical tests, biometrics, and document attestation are scheduled and tracked in your dashboard.
Before you fly, a structured briefing covers your rights as a foreign worker, local laws and customs, emergency contacts, banking and remittance setup, and what to expect in your first week.
We coordinate your flight and confirm airport pickup with your employer. Your specialist checks in within 48 hours of arrival, then again at 30, 60, and 90 days — confirming you've been paid correctly, housed as promised, and that the job matches what was agreed.
If you have not been placed in a matching role through the platform within 90 days of registration, your full initiation and advisory fee is refunded — automatically initiated, no request or justification required from you. Full terms: Refund Policy. See how it works in practice →
Employers never receive your passport, phone number, email or documents. Your specialist sees everything they need to do the job; nobody else does.
