The Promise

Matched and accepted within 90 days, or your fee comes back.

The guarantee covers the one-time initiation and advisory fee. If you have not been matched to, and accepted, a role through the platform within 90 days of registration, the fee is refunded. You do not need to request it or explain why a match was not found.

  1. Day 1 You register The 90 days start counting. Your checklist can wait; the clock cannot.
  2. Within 48 hours A named specialist takes your file Documents, matching and employer contact all run through one person.
  3. Day 90 The window closes Matched and accepted by now: guarantee met. Not yet: your file goes to an administrator.
  4. Day 91 onward Refund owed Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of day 90.

The clock starts on the day you register, not when your document checklist is complete. This runs in your browser; nothing you enter is sent or saved.

What Counts

A match only counts once you have accepted it.

Counts as delivered

A role you were matched to and accepted through the platform on or before day 90. The guarantee is then met and no refund is owed.

Does not stop the refund

Interviews, shortlists and proposals that you did not accept. A match that arrives after day 90 does not undo a refund that is already owed.

Where you can see it

Your dashboard shows the days remaining on your window and every match stage. Both are visible to you at all times.

What Does Not Trigger A Refund

Four situations, written down.

  1. Declined a genuine offer matching their stated role, sector and destination.
  2. Provided false or materially misleading information.
  3. Voluntarily withdrew before the 90 days ended.
  4. Visa declined by a government after an accepted matching offer.

The match itself was delivered in the last case: a government, not EMIGRATLY, decides whether a visa is granted. The full wording is in the Refund Policy.

Who Decides

A named administrator records every outcome, with a reason on file.

  1. 01

Your file is flagged as day 90 approaches

Paid files that are still inside, or past, their window go onto an administrator’s guarantee queue, ordered by deadline. Nothing depends on you noticing the date.

  2. 02

    An administrator checks the file

Only the administrator role can record a refund or close a file. Your specialist can read your payment but cannot change it, so the person working your file is never the one deciding whether it earns a refund.

  3. 03

    Refund: recorded with a reference

The refund is recorded against the original payment together with the bank or gateway reference. You get a notification, and the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of your day-90 date.

  4. 04

No refund: a written reason, kept on file

If one of the four exclusions applies, the administrator must choose which one and write down the evidence. That note stays on your file and in the audit log. You are told a review was completed and can message your specialist about it.

If You Disagree

Talk to us first, then escalate.

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, contact your TAPS specialist. If that does not resolve it, use the Contact page. You can also see the exact fee for your country before you pay anything.

This page explains how the guarantee works in practice. If it ever differs from the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy applies.
