What EMIGRATLY does and does not guarantee, stated plainly so nothing here is a surprise later.
Platform Nature & Regulatory Notice
1. Technology Platform Only. Emigratly operates strictly as a digital technology platform and candidate management facilitator. Emigratly does not act as an employment agency, overseas manpower recruitment agent, or employer.
2. Fulfillment by Licensed Partners. All job matchmaking, employer interviews, employment contracts, and statutory visa filings are managed and executed exclusively by third-party, fully licensed, and accredited recruitment agencies or direct employers compliant with local labor and emigration laws in each respective country.
3. Fees & Technology Services. Initiation and platform fees collected via Emigratly cover profile digitization, automated skills verification, platform access, and candidate dashboard management tools.
1. Not an Employer
EMIGRATLY is a technology platform (see the Platform Nature & Regulatory Notice above). We are not your employer once placed, and no employment relationship exists between EMIGRATLY and any candidate. Your employment contract is with the employer directly, governed by the labor law of the destination country.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Visa filings are made by our licensed partners and the employer, and we coordinate and track them for you on the platform, but the decision to approve or deny a visa rests solely with the government authority of the destination country. We cannot guarantee any visa outcome or timeline.
3. No Guarantee of Specific Salary or Terms
Salary ranges shown on destination and sector pages are informational, sourced from current and historical employer contracts, and are not a guarantee of the offer you will receive. Your actual offer terms are set out in the contract you sign directly with your matched employer.
4. Third-Party Employer Conduct
Once placed, your working conditions, pay, and treatment are governed by your employment contract and the destination country's labor law. EMIGRATLY checks in at 30, 60, and 90 days post-placement and will act on any credible report of contract violation, but we do not control your employer's day-to-day conduct beyond that relationship.
5. Third-Party Links & Resources
Our resource center may link to government visa portals, labor ministries, or other third-party sites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of external sites.
6. No Financial or Legal Advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, immigration, or legal advice specific to your situation. For matters requiring formal legal counsel, consult a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
