Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
The 90-day match-or-refund guarantee, in exact terms — not homepage marketing copy. See how it works in practice.
1. What's Covered
The one-time initiation and advisory fee paid at signup. Nothing else is deducted from your refund — no processing fee, no partial retention.
2. When the Clock Starts
The 90-day period begins on your registration date, not the date your document checklist is completed. Completing your checklist promptly gives your TAPS specialist more of that window to work with.
3. What Triggers a Refund
If you have not been matched to, and accepted, a role through the platform within 90 days of registration, the fee is refunded automatically — you do not need to request it or justify why a match wasn't found.
4. What Doesn't Trigger a Refund
- Declining a genuine offer that matches your stated role, sector, and destination preferences.
- Providing false or materially misleading information during registration or document upload.
- Voluntarily withdrawing your application before the 90-day window ends.
- A visa being declined by a government authority after you accepted a matching offer — the match itself was delivered; visa approval is outside EMIGRATLY's control.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the 90-day deadline. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's initiated.
6. Disputes
If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, contact your TAPS specialist first, then escalate through the Contact page if unresolved.
