Documents are encrypted
Every file you upload is encrypted before it is stored, and your passport number is encrypted in the database. The key is kept on the server, not in the database or the website code.
You send us a passport, certificates and your work history. Here is how that is protected, who can open it, how you can check who did, and how to tell a real message from a fake one.

Only a one-way hash of your password is saved, so nobody here can read it. After repeated wrong attempts, sign-in is paused for a while. If you change or reset your password, your other signed-in devices are signed out.
Administrators, TAPS specialists and employer users can switch on a six-digit code from an authenticator app, so a stolen password alone does not open their account. It is optional today, not required.
A confidential employer contract never appears on any public page. It is shown only to the candidate it is matched with, inside their dashboard.
Your whole file, your documents, your messages and your match, once there is one.
Your file and documents, so they can check them and work your case. A specialist cannot open files assigned to someone else. Team leads can open any file to cover absences and review work.
Administrators manage accounts and are the only people who verify, reject or refund payments.
A limited profile only: skills and work history. Not your email, phone, passport, address, documents or past employers. Your name is shown as first name and last initial until the offer stage. Other employers see nothing.
Each time a specialist, an administrator or a shortlisted employer opens your file or one of your documents, the date, who they are and what they opened is recorded. Once you have an account you can read that list yourself under Who opened my file in your dashboard. Staff actions on money and accounts are also kept in a log that cannot be edited from inside the application.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not hold a security certification that this page could point to. If you think you have found a weakness, or an account of yours has been used by someone else, tell us at once through Contact. For how long we keep data and how to ask for a copy or deletion, see the Privacy Policy.
