Where We Recruit From
EMIGRATLY recruits nationally across Bangladesh, with the strongest candidate volume from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and Comilla divisions — regions with the longest-established histories of overseas labor migration.
Why Our Candidates Choose Overseas Work
Overseas remittances are a major pillar of the Bangladeshi economy, and construction, hospitality, and facility-management roles abroad typically pay significantly more than equivalent domestic work — one of the strongest, most consistent reasons candidates register with EMIGRATLY.
The Emigration Process
BMET clearance
Every Bangladeshi worker going abroad for employment needs clearance from the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET), under the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment — this includes registering for a BMET smart card and completing the required pre-departure briefing.
Licensed recruitment
EMIGRATLY works within Bangladesh's licensed-recruitment framework and verifies every employer contract directly before any candidate is matched — we never charge placement fees disguised as "processing" or "visa" costs.
Documents You'll Need
- Valid passport: with at least 6 months' validity at the time of travel
- BMET smart card: registered through the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training
- Educational and trade certificates: highest qualification plus any vocational/trade documentation
- Police clearance certificate: from your local police station
- Medical fitness certificate: from a GAMCA-approved medical center for most GCC destinations
- Pre-departure orientation certificate: completed as part of the BMET clearance process
Where Our Candidates Go
Bangladeshi candidates registered with EMIGRATLY are placed most heavily into GCC construction, specialized trades, and facility management, with growing demand in East and Southeast Asia warehousing and logistics roles. See the Sectors pages for role-level detail.
