No tax is added for your country at the moment; its tax rules are changing and this page will show the rate before it applies. You are charged in US dollars. The amounts in your own currency are approximate, at the exchange rate of 2026-10-12; your bank or card may use a slightly different rate and add its own charges.

Paying by card from Brazil, your bank may add IOF, the federal tax on foreign-currency transactions (typically about 3.5% on international card payments). It is charged by your bank, not by us, and is not included above.

Where We Recruit From

EMIGRATLY's Brazilian candidate base is drawn nationally, with the largest volumes from São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and the South and Northeast regions — areas with established patterns of both domestic and international labor mobility.

Why Our Candidates Choose Overseas Work

Brazil's wage levels vary sharply by region and sector, and overseas contracts in construction, hospitality, and specialized trades can offer meaningfully higher and more stable pay than equivalent domestic roles, particularly for candidates outside Brazil's largest metro job markets.

The Emigration Process

Brazil does not operate a centralized government emigration-clearance system the way several of EMIGRATLY's Asian source markets do — there is no single agency you register with before working abroad. Your requirements are the standard Candidate Intake Checklist plus whatever visa category your destination country and employer require, which your TAPS specialist confirms and manages with you directly.

Documents You'll Need

  • Valid passport: with at least 6 months' validity at the time of travel
  • Educational and trade certificates: highest qualification plus any vocational/trade documentation
  • Police clearance certificate (Atestado de Antecedentes Criminais): from the Polícia Federal
  • Medical fitness certificate: where required by your destination country's work-visa process
  • Portuguese-to-English/Arabic document translation: for certificates not already in your destination's required language, arranged as part of intake where needed

Where Our Candidates Go

Brazilian candidates registered with EMIGRATLY are placed most heavily into Latin America and Europe and Eurasia construction and specialized-trades roles, with a growing number of GCC and hospitality placements. See the Sectors pages for role-level detail.
