Questions you may be asked
Employers and recruiters often ask questions like these. There is no single right answer: be honest, give a real example from your own work and say plainly when you have not done something yet.
- How do you read a bar-bending schedule?
- How do you keep the right spacing and cover on the bars?
- What do you do if a bar does not match the drawing?

Cap protruding bar ends, wear gloves, lift bars with others and keep clear of cranes lifting steel.
