What to check, what to prepare and what to expect on this route. Every official name and link below comes from a government or ILO page we read; we say plainly where there is none.
Every candidate completes the same intake checklist. Your source country adds its own clearances on top. The destination side (visa type, medical, attestation) depends on the employer and your role, and your specialist confirms what currently applies.

Your Rights, From Official Sources
What the government and the ILO publish, in plain words. Laws change: your contract and the official page always win over this summary.
Contract and pay
The ministry says employment relations arise from a written employment contract, and the employer must conclude one when hiring. The contract is made in two copies, and the employer must give the employee one within three days of signing. It must state the basic salary or how it is set, the working-time schedule and the type and length of annual leave. The ministry's page does not say whether this applies differently to foreign workers.
A probationary period may last up to 3 months, or up to 6 months in cases the law prescribes, and an employment contract must be concluded for probationary employees too.
An employer may not dismiss an employee during temporary incapacity for work or while on leave, except when the organisation is liquidated. The ministry also links a Unified Electronic Whistleblowing Platform from its labour-rights page.
