What is the 90-day guarantee, and when do I get a refund?

If you have not been matched to, and accepted, a role through the platform within 90 days of registration, the one-time initiation and advisory fee is refunded. You do not need to request it or explain why a match was not found. The clock starts on the day you register. A match only counts once you have accepted it. Interviews, shortlists and proposals that you did not accept do not stop the refund.
