Who can see my file, and can I check?

You, your own specialist (team leads can open any file to cover absences), and administrators. A shortlisted employer sees only the limited profile. Every time someone opens your file or one of your documents, the date, who they are and what they opened is recorded, and you can read the list yourself under Who opened my file in your dashboard.
